What You’ll Do 

  • Design and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, content, and email 
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution — from planning to optimization — with real-time performance adjustments 
  • Lead SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic visibility and paid conversions 
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads 
  • Build social media strategies, oversee content creation, and analyze engagement metrics 
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare detailed ROI/conversion reports 
  • Run email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and optimize open and click-through rates 
  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget for maximum efficiency 
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategy 
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align digital efforts with business goals 

What You’ll Bring 

Must-haves 

  • 4–5 years in digital marketing with a track record in SEO and paid ads 
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social platforms 
  • Hands-on with content marketing, email marketing, and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) 
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, SEM tools, and PPC platforms 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills 

Nice-to-haves 

  • Working knowledge of Canva and video tools (e.g., Doodly) 
  • Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot
