Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Manager with at least four years of hands-on experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Experience with website analytics, tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts related to SEO.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Manage on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content creation.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Implement local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in specific geographic regions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and advancements in the SEO landscape.
