What You’ll Do 

This is a strategy, planning, and coordination role — you’ll drive direction and results, not handle daily execution. You’ll own: 

  • Branding and growth marketing strategy for assigned client accounts 
  • Brand positioning, content themes, and campaign direction across channels 
  • Performance marketing planning (Meta Ads) with internal teams or freelancers 
  • Paid PR placements and online reputation initiatives 
  • Coordination of internal SEO, social, content, and design teams to maintain brand consistency 
  • Client reporting, analytics interpretation, and growth package upgrades alongside sales 
  • Acting as the primary marketing strategy point of contact for clients 

What You’ll Bring 

Must-haves 

  • 3–5 years in branding, positioning, and growth marketing strategy 
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, content, reporting) 
  • Experience planning and analysing Meta Ads campaigns 
  • Understanding of paid PR platforms and placement coordination 
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills 
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Insights, Google Search Console 

Nice-to-haves 

  • Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously 
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate campaigns
