What You’ll Do 

Client Communication 

  • Respond to client inquiries via email professionally and on time 
  • Engage clients on WhatsApp and other messaging platforms 
  • Handle communication across social media channels 

Project & Task Management 

  • Track projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality 
  • Coordinate between team members and clients for project delivery 

General Office Support 

  • Execute tasks assigned by supervisors with attention to detail 
  • Assist with daily administrative duties and office operations
