Responsibilities and Duties:
- Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Engage with clients using WhatsApp and other messaging platforms to address their queries.
- Handle client communication across various social media channels.
- Project & Task Management
- Manage and track projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain coordination between team members and clients, ensuring project deliverables are met.
- General Office Support
- Execute any task assigned by supervisors with dedication and attention to detail.
- Assisted in daily administrative duties and ensured efficient office operations.
- SEO Knowledge (Preferred)
- Contribute to the optimization of online content if familiar with SEO practices.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in handling emails, internet research, and managing social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of project management and task-tracking tools.
- Experience with client handling and lead generation is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Willingness to learn new skills that contribute to career growth.
- SEO knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
