Job description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for the intern to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and organize orientation materials.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- He/She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
