Human Resources Internship In Dehradun

Job description

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for the intern to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and organize orientation materials.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements and Skills:

  • He/She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
