What You’ll Do 

HR Operations 

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases 
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures 
  • Act as the liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 

  • Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials 
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals 
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process 
  • Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate relationships 

Employee Engagement & Development 

  • Plan engagement programs to enhance workplace culture 
  • Identify training needs and coordinate workshops 
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements 

Performance, Compliance & Payroll 

  • Support performance review processes and KPI setting 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies 
  • Prepare HR reports for management insights 
  • Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing 
  • Address payroll-related employee queries 

What You’ll Bring 

Must-haves 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment 
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and employee relations 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software 
  • English proficiency preferred 

Nice-to-haves 

  • MBA in HR 
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, GreytHR, etc.) 
  • Background in IT or agency hiring
