Proponent Technologies is looking for an extroverted, skilled, and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing team at our Dehradun Office.
Role & Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues effectively.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and manage job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment materials.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Build a talent pipeline and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement programmes and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting company values.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation and administration of performance review processes.
- Assist in setting clear KPIs and performance metrics for employees.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and provide insights for process improvements.
Payroll Support:
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
