{"id":597,"date":"2024-09-17T13:58:10","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T08:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proponenttechnologies.com\/career\/?p=597"},"modified":"2024-12-20T18:59:59","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T13:29:59","slug":"human-resource-executive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/proponenttechnologies.com\/career\/human-resource-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Executive Job In Dehradun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proponent Technologies is looking for an extroverted, skilled, and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing team at our Dehradun Office.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and manage job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build a talent pipeline and maintain strong candidate relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employee Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and execute employee engagement programmes and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting company values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the implementation and administration of performance review processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in setting clear KPIs and performance metrics for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compliance and Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain HR reports and provide insights for process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payroll Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address payroll-related queries from employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desired Skills and Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Remotely<\/strong>: No<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Types<\/strong>:&nbsp; Regular \/ Permanent, Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>: Up to \u20b920,000.00 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong>: Leave encashment \/ Paid time off<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong>: Day shift<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong>: MBA in HR (Preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>: Applicants must have at least one year of full-time office work experience.
