Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are hiring a Growth Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager<\/strong> to lead branding-led digital marketing initiatives for multiple clients. This role owns brand positioning, visibility, performance marketing planning, and paid PR coordination<\/strong>, while working closely with internal SEO, social media, content, and development teams, along with external ad\/PR partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a strategy, planning, and coordination role<\/strong>. The candidate is expected to drive direction and results<\/strong>, not handle daily execution tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Own branding and growth marketing strategy<\/strong> for assigned clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Define brand positioning, content themes, and campaign direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guide internal teams (SEO, social media, content, design) to ensure brand consistency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Plan and oversee performance marketing (Meta Ads)<\/strong> in coordination with internal teams or freelancers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Plan and manage paid PR placements and online reputation initiatives.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Align SEO activities with branding, authority, and visibility goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyse marketing performance and prepare clear, client-friendly reports<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support the sales team in pitching and upgrading branding & growth packages<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Act as the primary marketing strategy point of contact<\/strong> for clients
    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Skills & Knowledge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and growth marketing strategy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals<\/strong> (on-page, content, reporting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in planning and analysing Meta Ads campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Understanding of paid PR platforms, placements, and coordination<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Social media growth strategy knowledge (posts, reels, campaign planning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into insights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong client communication and presentation skills
